Steps To Invest

  1. Register as a member of the Investment Club
  2. Go to Explore or Secondary Market
  3. Browse assets listed on the website and select interest assets
  4. Purchase the number of parts/shares required for the selected assets
  5. Hold for value appreciation and rental revenue or
  6. List your assets for resale at any time at premium or
  7. Borrow loans pledging the assets as collateral to fund your working capital

To List a new Asset

This is for people with assets they want to list to recoup part of the capital or engineers working on a new project looking to raise capital.

  1. Go to the create new assets
  2. Populate the details of the assets
  3. Upload the pictures and copies of documents of the assets for verification
  4. An assigned valuation agent verifies the value of the asset or the projected cost of development for the assets
  5. The report is sent to you for verification and acceptance
  6. The Asset is assigned to the Trustee that will hold the asset in trust for the subscribers
  7. Asset if completed is assigned to designated Asset managers to manage the asset in trust for the subscriber or if construction is still ongoing, it is assigned to a project manager who will monitor construction and recommend fund utilization on milestones after which it is reassigned to an Asset manager for management on behalf of the subscribers

To Borrow Loan

  1. Go to your dashboard
  2. Click on request loan against the asset to be placed as collateral
  3. Fill out the loan request form and submit
  4. Interested subscribers will bid for the loan request with a counteroffer
  5. Accept the counteroffer and the subscriber credits your wallet with the required facility and your asset placed on lien.
  6. Upon repayment of principal and interest, an asset is returned to your portfolio
  7. Please note that assets on a lien cannot be sold within the facility period.
